BUILD WITH ROYALTY

TERMS OF USE

Effective August 31, 2026

These Terms govern your access to and use of Build With Royalty websites, pages, forms, communications, digital products, downloadable materials, bundles, and personalized services. Build With Royalty is operated by Royalty Wealth LLC.

1. ELIGIBILITY AND AUTHORITY

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a binding agreement. If you act for a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business.

2. PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

Build With Royalty offers educational digital products and may offer personalized business-planning services. The description, price, included files or sessions, delivery timing, revision limit, support window, and other material terms shown at checkout are part of your agreement.

3. PAYMENT, TAXES, AND DELIVERY

Prices are shown before purchase. You authorize the payment processor to charge the selected payment method for the displayed total. You are responsible for applicable taxes unless checkout states they are collected. Digital products are delivered electronically after successful payment. You are responsible for providing a working email address and compatible device.

4. LIMITED LICENSE

A purchase grants one customer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the materials for personal education and the customer’s internal business planning.

You may not copy, resell, redistribute, share publicly, upload to shared libraries, remove ownership notices, create derivative or competing products, use the materials to train others for compensation, or use substantial portions in an artificial-intelligence dataset or product without written permission.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Build With Royalty names, logos, product names, copy, frameworks, designs, worksheets, and materials are owned by or licensed to Royalty Wealth LLC and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No ownership rights transfer to you.

6. ACCEPTABLE USE

You may not interfere with our systems, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious code, impersonate another person, misuse payment or download links, violate another person’s rights, or use the offerings unlawfully.

7. EDUCATIONAL NATURE AND PROFESSIONAL ADVICE

The offerings provide general education and business-planning guidance. They are not legal, tax, accounting, financial, lending, insurance, investment, privacy, cybersecurity, or other licensed professional advice. No attorney-client, accountant-client, fiduciary, lender-borrower, or other licensed professional relationship is created.

8. NO GUARANTEES

We do not guarantee business formation, license approval, tax treatment, funding, credit results, revenue, profit, customers, sales, followers, market acceptance, or any other outcome. Results depend on your facts, qualifications, market, decisions, compliance, timing, and execution.

9. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND LINKS

Links to government agencies or third-party services are provided for convenience and do not guarantee availability, accuracy, approval, security, or suitability. Your use of third-party services is governed by their terms and policies.

10. REFUNDS

Digital-product purchases are governed by the Build With Royalty Refund Policy. Personalized services may have separate cancellation terms shown at checkout or in a service agreement. More-specific checkout or service terms control for that purchase, subject to applicable law.

11. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

To the fullest extent permitted by law, offerings are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, completeness, uninterrupted access, or results.

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Royalty Wealth LLC, Build With Royalty, Juanita Thompson, and their contractors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, opportunities, or business interruption. Total liability for a claim will not exceed the amount paid for the specific offering giving rise to the claim, except where prohibited by law.

13. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES

These Terms are governed by Missouri law, except where another law must apply. Before filing a claim, contact us with a written description and allow 30 days for a good-faith attempt to resolve it. Any permitted court proceeding will be brought in a court with jurisdiction in the St. Louis, Missouri area unless applicable law requires otherwise.

14. CHANGES, SEVERABILITY, AND CONTACT

We may update these Terms prospectively by posting a revised effective date. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective.
