Build With Royalty is operated by Royalty Wealth LLC. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect information when you visit our pages, request a resource, purchase a digital product, apply for or purchase a personalized service, communicate with us, or otherwise interact with Build With Royalty.

1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

• Contact information, such as your name, email address, telephone number, mailing address, and communication preferences.

• Business information you voluntarily provide, such as your business name, state, stage, goals, products, services, pricing, operations, and areas where you want educational guidance.

• Transaction information, such as the product purchased, purchase date, amount, payment status, receipt details, and limited payment metadata supplied by the payment processor. We do not receive or store your full payment-card number.

• Communications and support records, including questions, feedback, form responses, appointment details, and messages.

• Technical and usage information, which may include IP address, device/browser information, referring pages, pages viewed, link interactions, cookies, and similar technologies used for security, functionality, and analytics.

2. SENSITIVE INFORMATION WE DO NOT REQUEST

Build With Royalty educational-product and business-planning forms are not designed to collect Social Security numbers, EIN numbers, bank or routing numbers, full payment-card numbers, passwords, login credentials, tax returns, taxpayer documents, identity documents, medical information, or other unnecessary sensitive information. Do not submit those items through our forms, ordinary email, text messages, or document uploads.

If sensitive information is submitted unexpectedly, we may restrict access, delete or redact it where reasonably possible, and contact you about a safer method when one is genuinely required.

3. HOW WE USE INFORMATION

We use information to deliver free resources, purchased digital products, receipts, support, and personalized services; process and document transactions; prevent fraud; respond to questions; schedule sessions; review intake responses; improve our products; send educational or promotional email when permitted; protect our customers and systems; and comply with applicable legal, accounting, and dispute-resolution obligations.

Build With Royalty is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
